How it Works

Step 1: Schedule a Pick Up Day

Schedule a day when you want your belongings picked up for summer storage.  We will contact you and schedule an exact time.

Step 2: We Bring You Free Boxes and Packing Tape

Cardboard boxes are hard to find during move out time. Once you’ve scheduled your pick up, we will arrange a time with you to deliver your  FREE boxes and FREE packing tape to you curbside in front of your UNH home. These are large 24″ x 18″ boxes. If you need more, just ask. If you need less, you will return them to us when we pick up your stuff. You will be charged $3 for any unused boxes that you don’t return to us.

Step 3: You Pack and Label

It’s time to decide what you don’t need over the summer. For a list of what you are not allowed to put into boxes, please read our Terms and Conditions page. Life doesn’t always fit in a box! We store over-sized items as well. Look at our Pricing page for more information.

Step 4: We Pick Up Your Stuff

We will confirm a time to pick up your belongings. You will receive a text a few minutes in advance of our arrival.  Bring your boxes and over-sized items to the outside curb of your building where we will meet you.  We load up your belongings for safe keeping and calculate your bill based on what you’ve given us to store.  You can pay 1/2 or all at that time.  We take cash, credit or debit cards.

Step 5: We Store Your Stuff Over the Summer

Your stuff will be stored in a locked storage facility near campus.

Step 6: We Deliver Your Stuff

We will contact you in mid-August to arrange a date and time for your belongings to be delivered back to you. You will receive a text 10-15 minutes before our arrival. We will again meet you curbside in front of your new UNH Home. You are reunited with those special items!
